Our Story

Bay has been impressing customers with its food, atmosphere and spectacular views of Dublin Bay since 2003. Our unique menu offers a nutritional guide on every single item and is invaluable whatever your dietary or nutritional needs.

Niamh and Sinead Costello have been caring about the health and wellbeing of their customers since the day Bay opened.

This care extends to their menu which means that customers with any food allergies don’t have to worry themselves asking about every dish on the menu. A holistic approach that resonated with customers so much, the menu featured on national media from The Irish Times to Operation Transformation.

 

Foued Belabbas has been head chef at Bay since the day the restaurant first opened its doors. He is passionate about using only fresh, local ingredients and each of the dishes he creates from them is carefully chosen and expertly prepared.
