Validity
Vouchers are valid for 6 months from date of purchase for the amount specified.
Delivery of Gift Vouchers
Vouchers are issued by post to the address specified at time of purchase and can be sent to either the purchaser or to the gift recipient, subject to the purchaser's preference.
Refunds and Cancellations
Voucher are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged, either fully or in part for cash of any amount. If a voucher is used in the restaurant and there is a balance owed this can be returned in voucher form.
Lost or Stolen Vouchers
Vouchers are the responsibility of the customer and any vouchers either lost or stolen cannot be replaced.
Payment and Security Policy
Your credit card information are not stored anywhere on our servers or third parties and we guarantee that the information you provide to Bay Restaurant is transmitted using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption to our gateway payment provider, Stripe. Bay Restaurant will not be held responsible for events arising from Stripe gaining unauthorised access to your payment details.

The following privacy statement applies to any customer data collected and/or held by Bay Restaurant, in relation to gift voucher sales.
At Bay Restaurant, the privacy and protection of personal data is treated with the utmost seriousness. Our privacy statement sets out the data protection practices currently in place within the company. We fully endorse and adhere to the principles of the Data Protection Acts 1998 and 2003. Specifically, we state that we will: Obtain and process information fairly. Keep it only for one or more specified, explicit and lawful purpose.
